I believe my clients are the expert in their own lives and are inherently strong. I help my clients find this inherent strength in order to overcome any obstacles they may face. I am dedicated to providing hope and practical tools to help clients going through any major life transitions.

I have experience working with individuals and couples struggling to reconnect with themselves and one another.

I am a AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Denver and Boulder, Colorado. Additionally, I received my certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Denver Family Institute where I worked extensively with couples, individuals, and families on damaging relationship patterns, co-parenting skills, strengthening emotional connections, and communication skills. I have extensive work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, polyamory, consensual non monogamy, out of control sexual behavior, kink, and many other sex related issues.

Additionally, I went to law school to have a better understanding of the complex trauma one goes through when they are involved in the legal system and a better understanding of the law in general. I immersed myself in learning about how the law affects LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities.

 I have been featured in podcasts for the LGBTQ+ Bar Association speaking on mental health in the LGBTQIA+ community and have had the wonderful opportunity to be a speaker at the American Association of Sexuality Educators, and Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) National Conference.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, camping, and traveling! I look forward to meeting you and working with you on your journey!
